Change is not about willpower, but about understanding the behaviors that cause us to pause, pivot, or progress along our current path.

Resistant or uncertain. Is change even necessary? If so, where should you start?
Thinking about changing? Are you more aware of the benefits of change or less satisfied with your present status?
Feelings of ambivalence have been largely overcome, motivations are strengthened, and there is a plan to take action.
Currently doing the behavior that produces desired results. AWESOME!
Confidence in maintaining the new behavior; self-efficacy is both high and self-reinforcing.
